storage servers, generic servers, and HPC servers. In addition, we provide integration services. Our company is factory-based, and we have a team of certified technicians and IT specialists with over 10 years of experience.  

What is your warranty policy, and how long does it take for orders to be delivered?

Our servers come with a 3-year warranty. If the products are in stock, we can deliver them within 3-5 days. If not, it may take up to 15 days for delivery.

May I have access to inspect my server before it is shipped?

Yes, you can conduct a remote inspection before packing to ensure that the configuration meets your requirements.  

How do you ensure the quality of the products you deliver?

We only provide original brand products from authorized manufacturers. Before delivery, our engineers test all products in our dust-free IDC room to ensure they are in perfect condition.Meanwhile, we allow our clients to inspect the server configuration status before shipment.  

What is your procedure for handling defective products?

We have a team of professional engineers who can help you solve any problems. Our expert will remotely diagnose the issue. If it's a hardware issue, we will replace it according to our warranty policy. However, if the issue arises from the customer's own software installation, it will not be covered by our warranty.
