Sales Terms

YHDedge Servers reserves the right to change prices, specifications, availability, and terms of offers without prior notice. The customized products quoted are based on the customers' requested specifications at the time of the quotation. It is possible that they may not meet bid specifications. Therefore, the buyer is responsible for complying with any regulations or obligations associated with any contract resulting from this quotation.


YHDedge Servers offers EXW shipping, in which the buyer pays for shipping and insurance fees and owns the goods during transportation. Any damages or claims are the responsibility of the buyer, who can file a claim with the shipping company for compensation.


Before shipment, standard double-layer strong packaging is used to ensure transportation safety unless there are special requests. Pictures of the packaging will be sent for reference. Wooden pallets may be used upon request (additional costs may apply). After shipment, detailed shipment pictures will be sent via email.

Inspection and Non-Delivery

All products must be inspected by the buyer before delivery. Any discrepancies, including wrong items or missing items, should be reported to YHDedge Servers within 48 hours. If there is a problem with your order, please email us immediately.

Damage Claims

If your item arrives damaged, please take a picture and email us with a description of the damage. You may refuse the shipment or accept it and file a damage claim.


  • YHDedge Servers warrants hardware products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 3 years from the date of invoice.
  • If hardware failure occurs within 3 years of purchase due to quality issues with the product itself and not due to human damage, YHDedge Servers is responsible for replacement after confirmation by our engineers.
  • The replacement product should be a brand new product of the same brand and type.
  • External accessories and devices as (fan,mouse,keyboard etc .) are warranted by the original manufacturer's policy and period of 1 year.
  • YHDedge Servers does not provide warranty for damages resulting from external factors such as accidents, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, adverse environmental conditions, usage not in accordance with the intended purpose of the product, and failures caused by the use of parts and components not supplied by YHDedge Servers.
  • Adding or changing components without concurrence of YHDedge Servers technical support may void this warranty.

Extended Warranty

YHDedge Servers covers all products with its Standard 3 years 'System Parts & Labor' warranty. If you need a higher level of support than this, we also offer extended warranties.

Limitation of Liability

YHDedge Servers cannot be held responsible for any third-party claims against the buyer, including damages, loss or damage to data or records, economic consequential damages (such as lost profits or savings) or incidental damages, even if we have been informed of the possibility of such damages occurring. We are not responsible for lost profits, business revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings.

Returns Policy

  • Returns are generally not accepted. It is necessary to confirm the details when placing an order, and YHDedge Servers allows for remote confirmation. Therefore, customers must perform remote configuration confirmation before shipment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns on groups of identical items if customer misorder or because of software incompatibility. It is the customer's responsibility to check specifications, compatibility, and suitability of the products before ordering. YHDedge Servers is not responsible for customer's application compatibility if the products are not integrated by YHDedge Servers.
  • Please note that Special Order items, including rackmount and tower servers, Intel Xeon, Intel PIII, AMD Opteron, Athlon MP CPUs and motherboards, as well as SAS and SATA controllers and hard drives, are non-refundable and non-returnable. It is important to confirm all details before placing an order, and YHDedge Servers allows for remote confirmation to ensure compatibility and suitability of products.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  • Contact YHDedge Servers within 14 days from the date of shipping to obtain an RMA number (return authorization number).
  • Ensure that the return is properly packed and securely sealed to prevent damage.
  • Place the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
  • Send the items to the designated warehouse or proxy warehouse address.
  • Once YHDedge Servers receives the returned parts, they will exchange them with new ones within 7-15 days and send the new items to the customer's designated address.
  • The customer must confirm the receipt of the items by email.
